Nature of the Service and Right of Withdrawal: The services provided by iyzads are entirely digital and cover digital platform access, software-based advertising management and automation processes. These services are deemed performed immediately once the user account is activated and the system features are made available. Accordingly, under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation issued under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly. The User irrevocably accepts, declares and undertakes that it waives this right once the service has started.

Trial Period and Cancellation: If the User is not satisfied with the service during the 14 (fourteen)-day Trial Period, it may end its membership without any payment obligation. The 15-day notice requirement does not apply to cancellations during the Trial Period. The User acknowledges that if it does not cancel its account before the Trial Period ends, the first Membership Fee will be charged to its registered payment method.

Paid Membership and Notice of Termination: The User may terminate an ongoing paid membership at any time without giving a reason. However, to avoid being charged for the next period, the notice of termination must be given in writing or through the relevant panel on the Platform at least 15 (fifteen) days before the end of the current subscription period. The User is responsible for following up on and completing the cancellation of its membership and the closure of its account. If the notice period is not observed, the fee for the next period will be charged in full.

Refunds: Once the service has started, if the User leaves the Platform of its own accord, does not use the service or closes its account, the User may not request a full or partial refund of membership fees already collected. The service fee is deemed earned once access to the Platform has been provided.

Termination for Cause by iyzads: iyzads may terminate access to the service immediately and without prior notice if the User breaches these Terms, threatens the security of the Platform, is found to be misusing the service or engages in unlawful activities. In such cases, the User is not entitled to any compensation or refund.

Protection of Mutual Reputation: In line with the principles of commercial good faith, the parties must protect each other’s commercial reputation and brand value. The User agrees and undertakes to first seek a solution through iyzads’s support channels (info@iyzads.com) for any technical issue or dissatisfaction experienced during or after the Trial Period, and not to make unfounded or defamatory statements on social media, complaint platforms or other public channels until the parties’ positions have been substantiated.

By accepting these Terms, the User declares that it knows, understands and expressly accepts that, because the service is digital in nature, there is no statutory right of withdrawal; that no fees will be refunded even if the agreement is terminated; and that the Platform gives the User no sales guarantee. Accordingly, the User irrevocably declares and undertakes that it will not make any claim or demand for compensation against iyzads regarding these matters.
