In accordance with Articles 3 and 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law, data that is anonymized and cannot be returned will not be considered personal data in accordance with the provisions of KVKK, and processing activities related to this data will be carried out without being bound by the provisions of this Policy.

2. Personal Data Processing Purposes

Personal data collected by the data owner is processed by IYZADS by creating a membership registration and account and keeping related records, enabling the Data Owner to benefit from the services provided on the Platform, detecting system errors and monitoring performance, and improving the operation of the Platform, maintenance and support services and backup services. Planning and executing the necessary activities to ensure that the relevant people benefit from the services offered by IYZADS, including the purposes of providing them, by the business units and executing the relevant business processes, and recommending and promoting these services to the relevant people by customizing them according to their tastes, usage habits and needs, It may be processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by the relevant units for the realization of the activities carried out by IYZADS and carrying out the related processes, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of IYZADS and the people with whom it has business relations, and planning and execution of IYZADS's company strategies.

3. Personal Data to be Processed in Accordance with the Explicit Consent of Data Owners and Purposes of Processing

IYZADS, within the scope of the Data Owner's explicit consent, monitors the Data Owner's movements on the Platform to increase user experience, create statistics, profile, direct marketing and remarketing, create promotional suggestions specific to the Data Owner and forward them to the Data Owner, and It will be able to process data and share this data with the parties mentioned below in order to use the data obtained in this context in all kinds of advertising and material content.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

IYZADS may transfer the personal data of the Data Owner and the new data obtained using these personal data to third parties whose services IYZADS uses in order to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, limited to the purpose of providing such services.

IYZADS, to improve the Data Owner experience (including improvement and personalization), to ensure the security of the Data Owner, to detect fraudulent or unauthorized use, to investigate operational evaluation, to eliminate errors related to Platform services and to achieve any of the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. It may be shared with third parties such as outsourcing service providers, hosting service providers, research companies, and call centers, including those who send SMS.

Personal data may be shared with IYZADS Bureau officials, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and legally authorized private institutions within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, limited to these purposes. It can be transferred abroad within the framework of the procedural principles specified in Article 9 and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.

5. Collection Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data

Personal data is collected through the Platform and electronically. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated above can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 and this Privacy Policy.

6. Rights of Personal Data Owner

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data owners have the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed, to request information if their personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing of personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose, to identify third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad. IYZADS will finalize these requests within thirty days. IYZADS reserves the right to charge a fee regarding the requests based on the fee schedule (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Regarding Google Workspace API Usage

iyzads does not use user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. This data is used solely for the provision of the specified services and operational purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion Policy

User data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide our services. We prioritize the security and privacy of your data, and when it is no longer needed, it is deleted. Users can request account deletion at any time, and all personal data will be permanently erased. Google user data follows the same process, ensuring it is handled and securely destroyed after it is no longer required.
